Michael Anguiano is a seemingly random collection of habits and attributes, born in 1966 and going downhill every since. He has a degree in History from the University of South Alabama and a degree in Law from Florida State University, neither of which is the slightest bit relevant to any job he’s held in the past fifteen years. Politically, he is a moderate liberal, although he favors a general pragmatism in function that sometimes sidesteps the standard labels. He occasionally speaks of himself in the third person. He doesn’t answer his phone.
Pile Of Laundry is a blog intended to cover a wide range of personal commentary by the aforementioned person. It will also feature some republication of other items written over the years: Anguiano Held Hostage and Dispatches From The Front Yard. The number designations of those items reflect the number of days lived in that area at the time of writing.
Anguiano Held Hostage was a series of letters written while living in Lafayette, Louisiana. These letters tend to cover a number of subjects, so the first paragraph does not necessarily indicate the main content of the letter.
Dispatches From The Front Yard was a series of letters written while living in Destin, Florida. These letters ramble slightly less that the AHH letters.
A lot of times, I don’t answer my phone, either. Especially when the number shows up as all asterisks on my caller ID.
now in my rss reader)))
